The staff was so friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. I finded the rooms to be very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast had a good selection and tasted fresh each morning.
The hotel lacked some facilities I expected given its rating like a bar. A power cut occurred during the nights count, and I found this inconvenient.

The staff was helpful and friendly, especially at breakfast. I found complimentary snacks, coffee pods, and pillow spray in my room upon arrival. The room design was REALLY well thought out. The bathrobes and towels were conveniently placed near the bath.
The room service was inconsistent. I left my room at 9:00 am and returned at 3:30 pm both days, only to find it had not been serviced :(

The room was spotlessly clean. the staff were helpful and friendly. This was useful. i found the attached cafe really nice.
The room servicing was an issue. I left the room at 9 am and returned both days at 3:30 pm and the room was not serviced.
